EDSANTA EDUCATION (EDSANTA INC.), herewith referred as ‘EdSanta’, is an innovative education technology product company pioneering to become a global leader connecting learners to highly relevant learning resources, mentors and jobs. We help users globally stay employable and relevant by upskilling and reskilling to bridge the skill gap.

1. Scope of Service
1.1. These terms and conditions are subject to occasional changes and apply to all our services that are directly or indirectly provided (i.e. via third parties) via the internet, on mobile devices, by email or by telephone.

1.2. By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, including the use of cookies .

2. Services and Contract
2.1. On the EdSanta website and its products, you have the ability to discover, compare and subscribe third party learning resources such as courses, articles, videos, webinars, podcast, blogs, jobs and much more.

2.2. In addition, for some resources, users have the possibility of signing up for the selected course, articles, videos, webinars, through a direct connection to the course provider sites (third parties). As a result, the resource purchases and signups will be made directly on the provider (third parties) site and not on the EdSanta or its product sites. In cases, EdSanta or its product is not the resource provider or the contractual party for the user, but only an aggregator providing the technical connection to the course provider site of a third party. By signing up for any resources such as courses or articles, on the website of the third party, users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of that provider site. These terms and conditions can be viewed on the website of the third party. Once a resource sign up is made on the website of a third party, a contract is concluded between the resource provider site and the user, and therefore no contract is concluded between the user and EdSanta. EdSanta is no contractual party to the course or any other learning resource sign-ups and all and any claims of the user under the same are to be asserted against the third party (the course provider site) and not against EdSanta or its products.

2.3. This agreement is not affected by any other agreements between the resource providers and users.

3. EdSanta Community and Member Area
3.1. Users have the option of joining the EdSanta and its product community (hereafter “Community”) and/ or creating a member account within the EdSanta Member Area. Users who register for the Community can publish self-generated content, as well as actively participate in the platform’s development via the administrative functions. Unregistered users may read the content on EdSanta and its product for free.

3.2. Using the EdSanta users have the option to administer and store their searches. In order to create the account users are being asked to provide personal information. Despite from the Users name, no personal information is made visible. For further information please check our privacy policy. By deleting the account any and all of the User’s data will be permanently removed.

3.3. A user cannot register multiple times. The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their personal information.

3.4. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their user account information, in particular their password. They are also responsible for the use of their account with regard to EdSanta or its products and third parties. The user should not divulge this data to the use by third parties

3.5. In the event of unauthorised use of the EdSanta products or services using the wrong username and password, the registered user must notify EdSanta immediately at [email protected]. EdSanta reserves the rights to delete any user with suspicion of wrong data or unauthorised activities on the portal.

3.6. From time to time, EdSanta may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices, such as when EdSanta or its products add new features, and it reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If EdSanta or its products make any material change to these Terms, it will notify You using prominent means such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in Your Account or by posting a notice through Our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.

The continued use of EdSanta or its products and services after changes become effective shall mean that user accepts those changes. User should visit the services regularly to ensure they are aware of the latest version of the Terms, as any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms. EdSanta may modify the Services or discontinue their availability at any time.

4. Privacy, Email Advertisements
4.1. The protection of personal data provided by the user is of the highest priority for EdSanta. As such, EdSanta and its products makes every effort to ensure compliance with data protection. For more information, please read our privacy policy.

4.2. EdSanta and its products collect, processes and uses your personal data (hereafter “data”) only if we have obtained your consent or a statutory provision allows for the collection, processing or use of your data.

4.3. EdSanta will only raise, process and use data necessary for the provision of the services rendered by EdSanta or its products and its subsidiaries, for the use and operation of the websites/apps and the services offered.

4.4. If the user has agreed to receive information about EdSanta during registration for the Community or at another time using EdSanta’s products and/or services, the user will receive periodic product information. The consent may be revoked at any time by written communication or by email. The consent to receive emails follows after the confirmation email from EdSanta is sent. 5. User Obligations
5.1. The user is responsible for the acquisition of rights to the content (text, photos, reviews, links, etc.) they upload to EdSanta or its products. They ensure that they have all the rights in respect to the content they publish on the EdSanta’ products platform and thereby do not violate the rights of any third parties.

5.2. The user guarantees not to use the EdSanta’s products or services to create content that:

  • is advertising disguised as reviews,
  • does not have specific content for a reviewed item,
  • is not objective or intentionally untrue,
  • Comparing courses using our course comparison feature.
  • immoral, pornographic or in any other way offensive,
  • infringes upon the rights of third parties, in particular copyright,
  • violates applicable laws in any way or constitutes a criminal offence,
  • contains viruses or other computer programmes that may damage software or hardware or that may affect the use of computers,
  • is a survey or chain letter,
  • is aimed at collecting or using personal data from other users, especially for commercial purposes.

5.3. The user guarantees not to use programmes or functions to generate automated page impressions or content on EdSanta

5.4. If there is a breach in the terms and conditions, EdSanta reserves the right to remove content without a declaration of reason and to permanently ban members from EdSanta. The right to prosecution of criminal acts remains unaffected.

6. Termination
6.1. EdSanta reserves the right to terminate a user’s access and to delete their registration within a period of one week after receipt of relevant information via email about improper use of the website. The user may also terminate their own access and registration within the same period. The right to immediate termination for good cause remains unaffected.

6.2 EdSanta also reserves the right to terminate a resource provider (third party) from the portal and delete their content within a period of one week after receipt of relevant information via appropriate communication channels.

7. Liability
7.1. EdSanta is not liable for the accuracy, quality, completeness, reliability or credibility of content provided by users and/or provider sites. In particular, there is no advice or information from EdSanta regarding the selection of accommodations.

7.2. All agreements that arise through this service are between the EdSanta or its products user and the respective external content provider site. In particular, EdSanta does not act as content creator or content provider at any time. The terms and conditions of the respective course provider (third party) apply exclusively, especially regarding the right to cancel enrollments/subscriptions and to withdraw. The contact for the processing of course or content purchases and payments, as well as questions about the contract, is the respective third-party provider site. EdSanta remains uninvolved in such contractual arrangements, agreements and claims between the EdSanta’s user and the respective external course provider site

7.3. EdSanta does not verify the accuracy of content uploaded by the course or content provider or the members of the Community. This content is provided by third-party provider sites/Community for publication on our website with reference to the respective skills, content, courses and category. EdSanta has no influence on this information (in particular images, comments, price, reviews, etc.). The publication of user-generated content and reports on EdSanta or its products does not reflect the opinion of EdSanta, in particular, EdSanta or its products does not claim this content as its own.

7.4. In particular, hyperlinks, advertising banners, information about resources, courses, price, author, content, degree/certifications etc and the like are provided by course provider (third party) sites and Community members and do not represent recommendations or information from EdSanta. For technical reasons, no updating of the prices we receive from course provider sites are done in real time. Therefore it is possible that the price that appears on the course provider site does not correspond to the price specified on the EdSanta or its products. EdSanta does not guarantee the accuracy of information, in particular prices and availability.

7.5. EdSanta or its products are not liable for technical malfunctions for which the cause is not within EdSanta’s sphere of responsibility or for damages caused by force majeure. EdSanta or its products does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of data and may perform technical maintenance during a freely chosen time period. Any issue related to content or course post sign up or purchase needs to be directly resolved by the provider (third party) from which the content or course has been purchase.

7.6 EdSanta does not hire or employ any Instructors nor is responsible or liable for any interactions involved between the Instructors and the user who purchase an Instructor’s Course via Get Me A Course’s services. Get Me A Course is not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind that might arise out of or relate to conduct of Instructors or user, including, but not limited to, any user’s reliance upon any information provided by an Instructor. 8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The current terms and conditions when using EdSanta or its products and services apply. Registered users receive notifications about changes by email. Users may download and print the current terms and conditions on their own computer system.

9. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof. The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court in the State of Maharastra. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Employee hereby (a) submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) consents to service of process; and (c) waives any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process

10. Affiliate Disclosure
10.1 In compliance with the FTC guidelines, please assume the following about all links, posts, photos and other material on this website:
